Founded in 2020, Sumi Ramen brings to you an authentic Japanese menu that features recipes from the renowned ramen and sushi masters of Japan. Known best for our high-quality and health-conscious ramen, we proudly make all our noodles in-house. Furthermore, our ramen and sushi selections are esteemed in our community for their stunning, unique flavor and, equally important, affordability. We make our noodles fresh in house from premium flours using a top-quality Japanese ramen machine. We cook fresh bone broth in house, unlike many Ramen restaurants that produce broth from concentrations. We offer premium quality food with good varieties in a very pleasant and relaxing environment.
